Yemen Increases Publication Fees

SANA’A - By virtue of the the Ministerial Decision No. 95 of 2013 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Yemen, the fees for the publication of IP related matters in the Official Gazette will be increased as of August 24, 2013.
According to Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP), such increase is applied to all IP issues (trademarks, patents, industrial designs and drawings, etc…).
AGIP kindly requests its clients to check www.agip.com for the newly modified charges.
