AGIP Files First Afghan Patent in India

NEW DELHI - As a pioneering Intellectual Property firm helps national and international companies and inventors to secure their Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs), Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP/ www.agip.com ) is proud to be the first firm to file first Afghan patent application in India.

Due to the need to safeguard Intellectual Property Rights via professional IP service providers, Afghanistan Intellectual Property Association (AIPA) signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement with AGIP to protect any type of confidential and proprietary information of first Afghan patent in India.

Long and widely experienced IP agent, AGIP will provide the full range of patent service including Prior Art Search, Drafting and Filing, from registration and prosecution to maintenance, licensing and counseling services related to patents.

Applauding AGIP’s pioneering role, Afghanistan Intellectual Property Association President Dr. Reza Jahangir, and the inventor, Eng. Said Ali Amini said that Afghanistan is keen on collaborating with AGIP to ensure that Afghan creations and works are properly rewarded and their creations are effectively protected.
