WiLAN and Texas Instruments Reach Agreement to End Litigation

OTTAWA, Canada - Wi-LAN Inc. today announced in a press release that the Company and Texas Instruments, Incorporated reached an agreement to end litigation regarding Bluetooth (No. 2:10-cv-00124) in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. 

Terms of the agreement, including financial amounts to be paid to WiLAN, are confidential.
