Emergent Technologies Appoints Courtney Lambert Vice President of Intellectual Property Services

AUSTIN, TX – Emergent Technologies Inc., a leading innovation solutions company, announced today in a press release the acquisition of Aspect Intellectual Property (Aspect IP).

Courtney Lambert, founder of Aspect IP and a Fortune 500 company veteran, will be retained and will assume the position of Vice President, Intellectual Property Services at Emergent where he will lead the intellectual property value creation engine and services portfolio.

Prior to joining Emergent, Lambert founded and served as President of Aspect Intellectual Property. His innovative IP commercialization methods were strategically focused on the monetization of enterprise IP assets through venture spinouts. His experience in intellectual property licensing, marketing and sales experience includes 13 years at AT&T during which time he led new technology licensing for AT&T Intellectual Property.

He was directly responsible for more than $600M in revenue generated through IP licenses and sales. Additionally, Lambert directed the Trademark Licensing division that realized record revenue and earnings under his leadership.

Lambert holds a degree in Economics from Virginia Military Institute and acquired a Masters from Webster University.
