LOS ANGELES – The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) opened a new Public Comment proceeding, according to the official website of ICANN.

ICANN is seeking feedback on the draft final report of the 2023 Africa Domain Name Industry study, conducted by PowerSoft Africa and funded by ICANN. The study examines the African Domain Name System landscape; and its outcomes are intended to help inform the Coalition for Digital Africa of future growth opportunities and development in the region.
