LOS ANGELES – The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) invites the community to join it for a public webinar on January 14, 2025, to discuss the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) functions strategy for 2025–2030. The webinar will review the IANA proposed strategic objectives designed to help Public Technical Identifiers (PTI) continue to provide secure and accountable management of the Internet's unique identifier systems.

Community questions and comments will be welcome. In addition to the webinar, the community has further opportunity to provide feedback through the Public Comment proceeding. Once approved, the PTI Board will submit the plan to the ICANN Board for consideration. PTI will review the plan on a yearly basis, and will report the organization's performance against the Strategic Plan to the PTI Board.
