TAGUIG - The Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), in partnership with the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA), hosted on June 4, 2025, a one-day orientation on the various ARTA Compliance Requirements for the IPOPHL Committee on Anti-Red Tape and focal persons from the different bureaus and units, a press release stated by the IPOPHL.

The resource persons from ARTA enlightened the attendees on the salient points of RA 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, the whole-of-government reengineering manual, zero backlog program, the composition and responsibility of the Committee on Anti-Red Tape, the citizen’s charter, customer satisfaction measurement, and the report card survey 2.0.

Through this activity, the IPOPHL is primed to better comply with ARTA requirements and improve its overall service delivery.
