GENEVA - As from August 24, 2025, the amounts of the individual fee payable in respect of Türkiye will change, according to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). 

Those amounts will be: 

• 164 Swiss francs for the first class of goods or services, 47 Swiss francs for the second class, and 52 Swiss francs for each additional class, when designating Türkiye in an international application or subsequently;
• 145 Swiss francs, independent of the number of classes, when renewing an international registration in which Türkiye has been designated. Where the payment is received within the period of grace, the fee will be 254 Swiss francs, independent of the number of classes.
