LOS ANGELES - The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) requests community feedback on a proposal outlining the technical considerations for a Domain Name System (DNS) root zone key signing key (KSK) algorithm rollover, beginning in 2027, according to the official website of ICANN. 

The root KSK serves as the global trust anchor for DNS Security Extensions and is managed as part of the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority functions. Community feedback on the current proposal is invited to help refine the proposed implementation prior to operational execution.
